What is causing the tension in our bodies? While there are healing modalities, such as massages, that can help to relax and rejuvenate our bodies, wouldn't it be ideal if we can stop our body from tensing up in the first place?

Tension in the body normally hints that there is an imbalance in the body. The part under tension has a counterpart that is either weak or not functioning properly, explained our guest Dawn Spiegelberg. We need to be observant to identify where the weak links are and improve on them. A combination bodywork modalities and exercise therapies can be used to relief tension and help the body regain proper movement. As our bodies are different, so is our receptiveness to different healing methods.
