Our "Life" expresses itself in many ways: in our willingness to reach, in our communication and in the way we see the world around us. When our Life is dulled by trauma, the loss of a loved one, overwhelming stress or a broken heart we are less willing to reach. We communicate less or in a more negative manner.

The world around us is less vibrant, bright and welcoming. The joy and wonder of our youth is not used up or lost. It is merely submerged, hidden by the accumulation of unwanted emotional and/or physical trauma.
