Recipe~The Perfect Fall Comfort Food Combo

We recently came across this recipe from Dr. Gundry that we wanted to share.

Broccoli is filled with beneficial minerals and vitamins that help support your immune system including vitamin C which is very important this time of year.

Broccoli also contains prebiotic fiber for good gut balance for fewer cravings, smoother digestion, and more energy.

Garlic contains a compound called allicin which is thermogenic to raise your metabolism and body temperature.

The perfect comfort combo for rainy days and cold nights.
