Vegan Fruit Drink Smoothie Recipes

Whether you are looking for drinks to serve in your Memorial Day BBQ party or just a cool sip by the pool, here are a couple of great options.


Recipe: Fruit Smoothie

You can use other fresh fruits in season, such as peaches, pineapple, nectarines, mango, papaya, kiwi, pears, cantaloupe, etc. Be adventurous!


Serves 1 4 ounces (1⁄2 cup) silken tofu 1⁄2 cup vanilla soymilk 1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries 1 large banana

Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Serve.


Recipe: Mango Lassi

fresh and cooling! In addition to mango, you can use any fruit, such as banana, strawberry, etc.

Serves 2 2 cups ice cubes 1 cup mango pulp 3⁄4 cup plain soy yogurt 4 teaspoons sugar

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until frothy, about 1 minute. Serve.
